Hi You Two:

Hope this finds everyone in good health.  I can’t believe it has been as long as it has since I purchased my first Scottishfold kitty from you two.  As an FYI, Wee Darlin’ (Ratatat’s Wee Wee Darlin’) is still very much alive and doing extremely well.  My vet doesn’t want to jinx her by stating in front of Wee Darlin’ how well she is doing at 17 years of age.  Can you two believe it, she is now 17 years old and NO health issues other than a little arthritis in her left front leg - but who wouldn’t have some at her age.  The BUZZ (Darleramos Golden Buzz Light’ear) is the top cat of the house (naturally) and is now 11 years old and NO health issues at all.

You two raise the friendliest, nicest and the healthiest kitties (coupled with the natural Scottishfold personality) I have ever had the pleasure of owning and being their privileged caregiver.  Also, Darlin’ and Buzz are both certified kitties for elder care visits to The Anne Arundel Acute Care Center, Annapolis, MD, The Crofton Rehabilitation/Nursing Center, Crofton, MD, and the Calvert Rehabilitation/Nursing Medical Center, Prince Frederick, MD .  They did visits for over six years with first my father and then my mother.   At the AA Acute Care Center, when I would come off the elevator, the nurses would say, “We knew you would be coming in because your mom was back on our floor (the 6th floor), so where are the kitties?”  I would respond that I had to find out if her nurse was allergic to cats before bringing them in.  I can’t tell you how many elderly people these two kitties made smile and the stories we (me, Buzz and Darlin’) heard about their pets.  Naturally, everyone had to ask about their ears and I had to tell Suzie’s story.  I am enclosing a picture of the Wee Darlin’ taken just a few months ago (around Thanksgiving 2008) for your enjoyment  as well as one of the Buzz taken last year also.   I will be keeping an eye on your website for another adult retiree in a short while.  These two need a youngster (1 year or older) to keep them fit and young.

BTW, I really like your latest website and all the pictures.  I got The Buzz for my mom when you first moved into the house and still had boxes to unpack.  It really looks great now….time flies when you have such great kitties as companions.  I’ll tell anyone in a heartbeat, “Love me, Love my Foldies”.

Please keep breeding and raising the best Scottishfolds in the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area.

Joanne
